FITNESS FRIDAY!

I asked for a weekly power workout that will provide a stronger base and muscle for all my other weekly workouts.  I GOT IT!

  • Jump Rope
  • TRX Tricep press
  • BOSU Lateral Lunges
  • TRX 1-arm row
  • Fire Walkers
  • Hot Hands
