It's Fitness Friday and that means...get moving! Surprise, it doesn't have to be running! Challenge yourself today and move away from running for just a day! LOL! It's time to change it up and move your body from side to side with a dance class, yoga or kickboxing. When you do this you start to exercise/build muscle you normally would not build with running or even cycling alone. You might be a little sore the next day but if you do this consistently, you will reap the benefits at your next running event.
Make sure you MOVE that body today!
