What motivates you? What motivates me?. . .FOOD! Good food and a lot of it. I know my amazing skeletal frame does not display my love for food but it's definitely there! I will run, pump, jump and bend for a REALLY good seafood pasta dish or a nice grilled chicken sandwich stacked with all the fixings! To be in shape, you don't have to starve yourself. Actually, the more you workout, the more you can eat. . .sensibly. . .but you can eat! So, get out there, burn some calories so you can eat "at least" half of those calories back. Enjoy!
