It's that time of the year again when Les Mills Instructors go a little crazy, get very excited and want to cry at the same time. It's launch week and instructors all over the country are leading thousands of participants through Les Mills formats from Body Pump, RPM, GRIT, CXWorx, BodyAttack and so much more! And if the instructor is certified in more than two Les Mills formats and are actively teaching each one. . .they are a little "out of sorts" for about 2 weeks!

I am a Les Mills instructor and I absolutely love it! I teach Body Pump, RPM, and certified in CXWorx and Immersive RPM. I usually teach early morning classes and I am very fortunate to have a full house each morning. The participants really motivate me to be at my best and bring them an amazing workout! 

Each quarter, instructors receive new music, they start practicing and later, bring members an exercise experience that is so fun that you A L M O S T forget you are working out! Go to to learn more about each format and find one that will work for you.

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
