National Running Day is here!

June 3rd is National Running Day

...and the running community wants to see you get out there and move your feet. You can run less than one mile or put in a nice long run with friends, either way try it, do it and have fun! 

Running builds endurance, strong legs, helps clear the mind and organize your thoughts. It's a great way to build community as well. Running with a group increases your chance to meet your fitness goal faster than running alone.

Nicol A Hodges

Nicol A. Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
