I hope everyone is having a safe and fun Labor Day weekend! In my neck of the woods, my husband and I are running the girls around town to Soccer Tournaments and XC meets/practice. It's been a busy weekend but the weather is perfect and we have each other.
If you are looking for a quick workout to do today, here is a "no equipment...let's get this done" kind of workout.
