Spiritual Fitness

Working on your Spiritual Fitness should be a daily routine. Whether you are a believer or not, having a good spirit is crucial to having good health and a good mindset.

Spirit is defined as the force within a person that is believed to give the body life, energy and power. The inner quality of nature of a person or defined as "a person"

What gives you life, energy and power? I believe that the blessings I receive every day, even when I do not realize I am receiving them, are what give me life, energy and power. The things that I am thankful for give me life, energy and power. The things that make me wake up and push through another moment in my life, whether bad or good...that's what give me life, energy and power.

It's Soulful Sunday and if you believe in having a good spirit, close your eyes and think of ten things, five things or even one thing that gives you life, energy and power. Thank God for the ten, five or even one thing that feeds your spirit. Ask God to help you maintain this life, energy and power and show you the way to give back to others who may need it.

Never stop feeding your spirit and never stop being "thankful" that you can feed your spirit and give back to others. List your energy sources, keep the good ones, eliminate the bad ones and push forward in "good spirit"  -Happy Soulful Sunday!
