My Motivation...never throw in the towel!

My Motivation is to wipe the sweat off my face and keep going. We all have reasons why we workout and making excuses not to is unacceptable. Always remember why you are lifting that weight, running an extra mile or jumping higher than ever before. It's not to impress the person next to you, it's to beat them and push yourself to be the person you want to be. So, do NOT throw in the towel, keep moving and stay in the game! 

  • Set goals
  • Create an effective plan
  • Increase intensity by 5-10% a week
  • Surround yourself with positive, active people.
  • Never...NEVER give up!

Nicol Hodges

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
