Of course! If you want to get stronger, have more stamina and possibly surpass your running goal...why, yes! There is nothing wrong with slinging around some metal to improve your health. I have been a runner for over 25 years and I have to tell you, when I implement weights into my workout plan, I know it's going to be a great running season!
