The 1st "SeeMeFit" Challenge is coming to a close and the SeeMeFitter's have done a fantastic job of pushing through the challenge, signing in and making amazing changes to their body and lifestyle! There are 4 women out of a group of 10 who will be fighting for the winning spot of a $50 gift certificate and gift basket! I am so proud of their accomplishments in the past 4 weeks and I hope that you can join them for the next challenge!

  • 20 Body Squats 
  • 20 Pushups 
  • 20 Jumping Jacks  
  • REPEAT and then
  • Run, Jog or Walk for 10 minutes

Nicol Hodges

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
