TIME TO TEST YOUR STRENGTH

It's that time again.  Every Tuesday you get a quick burning workout that you can do just about anywhere.  NO LIMITS.

All you need is fire in your heart to start and the guts to finish strong!

  • 5 minute run (work your way up to a fast or uncomfortable pace)
  • 15 tuck jumps (jump as high as you can and tuck your knees to your chest)
  • 30 air punches (fists are shoulder height or above, legs are slightly bent)
  • 2 x 30 second static plank (tighten up your body and push the world away from you)
  • 2 X 30 second wall squats (butt sits RIGHT above your knee line, back flat against wall)
  • 10 Burpees (jump high, push up, drive through)

REPEAT x 2
