Here's a quick full body workout that you can do anywhere! Quick fast and easy.  Feel the passion, build muscle and Live with Fire! 

GO HARD. . .

  • High Knees in Place for 30 seconds
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Sagittal Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Squats Jumps
  • 1 minute breather / water
  • 30 second High Knees
  • 12 Pushups
  • 15 Mountain Climbers
  • 18 Alternating Side Lunges (9 on each side) 
  • 1 minute breather / water
  • REPEAT from the TOP!
  • Finish with a 10 minute run to jog

Stretch. . . then GO HOME!
