Guzzle up. . .or down. . .you know what I mean!


Every Wednesday I am typing and talking about drinking your water. So, here I am AGAIN to tell you that water is essential when it comes to having great skin, hair and nails (as I sit here with a small pimple on my 40 something face, well it could be worse).  

Water jump starts your organs every morning and gives you a boost of energy when trying to get through a tough workout.  Water can immediately cool the body down or warm it up at night when you're feeling a little chilly.  Water is a great way to remove toxins from your body and fight infection.  You can't go wrong when it comes to drinking water. . .unless you don't recycle the bottle the water came in. . .then we have a problem.  

Drink up and stay hydrated, my friend!

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
