FUN WARM UP for your GROUP
Every week for the past 14 weeks, I volunteer my time to my church, The Church of Rancho Bernardo, by bringing group fitness to them. I had been struggling for months on how I could get involved within my church and not just attending service week to week. I honestly didn't think my idea of bringing a boot camp style fitness program was going to fly but OH MY GOODNESS. . .it really took off!
This week I wanted to share this fantastic warm-up that my fellow trainer LJ Eastmead has introduced us to. You need at least 7 people to do this warm-up. It's a great way to start a workout, get people to connect, increase everyone's heart rates and fire up those muscles!
You will need a leader to tell the group which way to go and one person to chase and catch the leader. Have the group do this exercise about 4 times and you will see them warm up immediately! Try it and see how much your group will enjoy it!
