It's starts the work week and a new opportunity to get things done a little bit better than last week.  It's a new beginning, a starting point for new projects, workouts and possibly a new YOU! I love working out and I have been lucky enough to be able to teach as I train.  I love pushing myself and those that come to my classes.  I teach Les Mills classes along with other free style fitness camps.  Of course, I run. . .hence "seenicrun" and I am always asked WHY? I believe that fitness is the fountain of youth that many don't want to work at.  It can be hard but the end results are much more rewarding than doing nothing at all.  Here is a quick list of half the workouts that I do and why! Nicol Hodges

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
