WHY WORKOUT? WHY NOT. . .
I love working out and I have been lucky enough to be able to teach as I train. I love pushing myself and those that come to my classes. I teach Les Mills classes along with other free style fitness camps. Of course, I run. . .hence "seenicrun" and I am always asked WHY? I believe that fitness is the fountain of youth that many don't want to work at. It can be hard but the end results are much more rewarding than doing nothing at all.
