It's Monday again and I have to say. . .it's tough coming off a great weekend.  I spent a lot of time with family, friends and this weekend, my rest spot.  For the first time in a long time, I did a lot of sleeping when I got the chance.  I mean the kind of sleep that makes you feel drunk when you wake up! LOL! But, this morning, I got up and I am ready to take on the day.  

Monday's tend to bring a LOT of stuff into my head whether it is good or bad.  I am sure it does the same for many others as well.  Choose to hang on to the good and replace the bad immediately with something positive.  If you have a lot on your plate, organize it, get it done and don't look back.  You will feel better about yourself as the week progresses and you did not let the bad out weigh the good.

Monday is another day that you were blessed with, lucky to have or it was given to you.  Whatever you believe in, you are here, alive and popping! Make the day "yours" and make it a good one.  Make THAT choice and let's show the world what we've got!

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
