The "GET DOWN BOOGIE" workout!
This workout should only take about 30 minutes. It has been the workout of choice for my camps this week and it's one that will make you "grunt"! When you start to grunt, that's when I start to dance. Why?
- Your heart rate increased.
- You broke a sweat.
- You burned calories.
- You got in a little cardio.
- You lifted your own body weight, that's strength training right there!
