. . .dedicate your next run or workout!


I don't know about you but this week has gone by slower than normal.  This is not a complaint but an observation.  Normally when Tuesday hits, Friday has arrived and I didn't get anything done. 

For most of the west coast, we have an amazing weekend ahead of us when it comes to the weather.  So, I hope that all my friends get out and enjoy it.  For those experiencing bad weather or are the result of bad weather, my prayers go out to you! I will be dedicating one of my workouts and running sessions to you in hopes that whatever it is that you need to get through a rainy or tornado season, your questions will be answered. 

This week has also been a huge eye-opener for me.  For many of you who know me, my only goal for you is to keep you fit and moving.  That is all I strive to do when I teach a class, coach a client or push someone in boot camp but when you hear how the results have changed a person's life. . .I strive to be better and to give more.  I want to see a fitter planet and I am just one little woman but if we each take a part in this revolution, image what diseases we can conquer and lives we can change for the better.

Nicol Hodges

Nicol Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
