The 7 Minute Workout

The Seven Minute Workout is a quick and easy way to get a workout in before you start your day or during your lunch break.  The only equipment needed is your body and a chair, that's it!   Before you start, make sure you know how to do each exercise effectively and transition safely.  Below, I have listed the exercises done in the video.  For me, I think I will stick to the 30 minute and 1 hour workouts.  I enjoy longer workouts and I believe I get more bang for my buck! Try it and let's see what you think!

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Wall Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Crunches
  • WATER BREAK
  • Body Squats
  • Tricep dips
  • Planks
  • WATER BREAK
  • Run in place OR High Knees
  • Lunges
  • Push-ups with rotation
  • Side Planks

Do 8-15 of each exercise (depending on your fitness level) or 30 seconds per exercise.  Make sure you take your 10 second water breaks and static stretch at the end.  Have fun and good luck!
