WEEK 2 of WORKOUT!

The base of all my training starts with Hal Higdon Training Programs.  As a trainer, I know what will benefit a runner and what will hurt a runner.  You do NOT have to run every day.  Rest days are just as important as a workout day.  I am a Mom and I don't have time to go to the track, so the soccer fields and parks have become my stomping grounds while my girls are at practice.  You can make the time if you want to get into shape and stay there.  You have the choice.  With 24 hours in a day, you only need 30 minutes (at the least) to get it done!

Nicol A Hodges

Nicol A. Hodges aka "Nic" is fitness professional (NASM, CPT/PES) and product designer living in San Diego, CA. Nicol's athletic background started in her hometown of St. Charles, MO where she earned her 400m state ranking 3 years in a row. Later, at the University of MO, Columbia she earned 8-Big 12 Track and Field titles and a championship title. Nicol currently continues her love for running by competing in local and national running events.
