Monday 
2 mile run (20-25 minutes)
Tuesday 
Strength Training day (30 minutes to 1hour) Group Training or Personal Trainer
Wednesday 
25-30 minute run
Thursday

Friday 
Rest day or Yoga/Pilates Day
Saturday 
get your mileage in 3.5 miles to 5 miles depending on where you are in your workout. 
Sunday 
just chill with your family and friends
