FOAM ROLLING IS THE WAY TO GO!
With my busy schedule, I can not always make it to the massage therapist to get all those little "kinks" out of my legs or even my back.  I use to go once a week but to schedule that in now with my kids social life has been impossible.  So, I invested in a "foam roller" and it sits in the family room for any of us to grab and go!  Here is a quick video from my friend and trainer Kate Deering on how to foam roll those running legs and hit those "trigger points" that seem to annoy you.  Enjoy and have a great day!
