As a runner, it is very important to drink your water! We need to keep our muscles filled with oxygen and our body hydrated! Well, I stumbled over an article that my husband brought home for me to read. I could not believe my eyes and I know several of my friends are hooked on Cola's to get them started and functioning throughout the day. Well, this article is for you! I am big water drinker and I do NOT want to give my Cola drinkers a hard time, but I do want them to be aware!

Water: 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated which likely applies to half the world population.
