Exercise more? Eat less? Right?...wait...what? This is not necessarily true. Health professionals, fitness professionals and scientists have debated over this for years. After researching both sides of the spectrum, it's almost like today's politics, no one wants to agree to disagree, leaving the rest of us confused. I have to go with the facts and what I have seen work over the years.
First, you need to exercise 30-60 minutes every day. Second, cleaning up your eating habits will help your digestive system and weight control. Third, when you workout, you will eat more. Your body will demand it! You just need to be smart about what you put in your body before, during and after a challenging workout! Continue to educate yourself, listen and make sound choices that will work for you!
