What motivates you?

What motivates you? What motivates me?. . .the END of a hard-a$$ workout! Not every workout is an inviting one and those are the workouts you should to do. They will challenge you mentally, as well as physically. Once you have conquered that "bad boy" of a workout...you will feel SO GOOD mainly because you didn't give up! So, stop turning up your nose and lets get it DONE.

I am too tired. Challenge-do the workout anyway, push through the hard parts and get re-energized.  Kick "lazy" out of the room!

I had a long day and I am not happy. Challenge-turn the workout into a stress reliever. Find something to throw or punch for 30 minutes and your bad day will turn around really quick. You will definitely feel better.

I am too sore from my last workout. Challenge-who said you have to have two hard workouts back to back. Ease up on yourself and walk instead of run.  Do low Intensity yoga class instead of high interval training. Workouts are not always about lifting heavier weights or going on faster runs.

I will not meet my fitness goals. Challenge-stop saying that and do something about it. Never let your negative thoughts come out of your mouth.  It's not good for you or the people around you.  Believe in yourself and find workouts that will push you and put a smile on your face.

Now, let's get moving!
