No matter how big or small you think your goals are, they're your goals. Goals should be there to improve yourself or others around you.
- Make sure your goals are realistic.
- Take one goal at a time and start moving.

My Monday Goals:
- Early morning workout
- Successful work day
- Comb my hair (no really...see, no matter how small! LOL!)
