I hear that men do not like to go to the doctor. Really?  In fact, research has stated that most men stop getting checkups around the age of 18 and will not return until the age 40.  What? Seriously?. . .That's not cool!

Going to the doctor is not fun for anyone but in order to prevent future health issues and medical bills, it is a must! If you get maintenance on your car, you need to get maintenance on your body as well.  Same rules apply.  I have put together a quick list of tests that are recommended by the medical field (and many required) to keep you healthy and on the go.  Check out the list below,  always ask questions during your visit and be open to new alternatives from your doctor to stay healthy.  Get the answers you are looking for so that you can live a healthy life ON PURPOSE!
