Get your spook on all day long. . .

Halloween is here and whether you like it or not. . .you are going to see some crazy stuff today! I started my day off right with a little BodyPump, 40 people deep and one costume at 6AM to get us charged and ready to go! So much fun!!!  

I wore my Halloween t-shirt and challenged my class to pump harder and add on more weight so they can burn more calories to eat more candy tonight.  I do hope that everyone stays safe and has a BLAST at the same time!

Halloween Workout! 

  • Mummy Run in Place for 1 minute
  • Witching Jumping Jacks 2 sets 20 each
  • Mummy Run in Place 30 seconds
  • Frankenstein "Sagittal" Jumping Jacks 2 sets 20 each
  • Mummy Run in Place 30 seconds
  • 1 minute dead corpse break
  • 3 sets of 16 Pumpkin Bootie Squats (hold a pumpkin in front of chest and squat)
  • 2 sets of Ghostly Push ups 12 or 20 each
  • Run in Place 1 minute 30 seconds
  • 2 sets of "Boo-ful" Burpies 10 each set
  • 3 sets of "Scared Straight" Mountain Climbers
  • Break and Repeat (starting with squats)


Honey Pumpkin Spice Shake: 

  • 1 scoop of your favorite Chocolate Protein Mix
  • 1 cup water/ice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • add a little cinammon/sugar for taste
  • 1 tsp. honey
