Challenging Change. . .


Change can be challenging but good. Change can be tough but beneficial. Change is hard but the results are incredible. When you hear success stories of someone who took up running because they lost a loved one to cancer or they themselves survived a life altering situation, it's the story of "change" that grabs you.

Right now, you may be struggling with a stress in your life and you are faced with some tough decisions. Taking the easy road can be "what we think" is the most sensible way but what if you do something that is out of your comfort zone that is not easy. . .what would happen? Think about it for just a minute. . ."what would happen?".  

Would it hurt someone? Would it hurt you? Would it alter your life to be something absolutely incredible or disastrous? Change brings on a lot of questions and while you are sitting there asking too many questions, you are wasting another minute on something that could be incredible. 

If you think change is easy, you are wrong.  Change can hit you like a brick wall or slowly enter your life like a quiet storm.  Either way, change can happen TO YOU but it's not ABOUT YOU.  Change can FORM YOU but it can not BREAK YOU.  Change gives you that feeling of "WHY ME?" but others are looking at you thinking "THAT'S ME" and I can change too!  

Let change happen, learn from it and then teach others.  

Like me, if you are going through a major change in your life and you don't know what to do, make sure you have good positive people around you right now.  Those who believe in you and will make you laugh.  If you are a believer or not. . .believe in something good for yourself and allow change to happen to you so that you can learn something from it.  If I can do it, you can.
